See you next round!
If so, this program might be just for you.
what is this program all about?
How would you like to walk into a job interview, an important meeting or even Starbucks, and say what you have to say without feeling self-conscious or frustrated.
And maybe you’re just tired of not fully understating your friends or colleagues? Especially if someone has a bit of a dialect; Southern, Australian… Forget about it.
Or watching your favorite TV series and feeling completely helpless if there are no subtitles.
And perhaps you’re ok with your English but you want it to shine when you speak. It’s not too much to ask. You know how fluent and sharp you are in your first language and there’s no reason why you shouldn’t feel as free when you speak English.
It is possible.
You are yet to make many breakthroughs in your life.
It’s all a matter of motivation and focus.
Are you ready to make that
breakthrough in your English?
If the answer is yes, I’d be honored to guide you through this journey.
Now, You might have already tried different training programs, learned from YouTube videos, or purchased online courses. You might have started but never had the patience or motivation to finish . Maybe you did complete some training programs and felt an improvement afterwards, but it didn’t stick. And maybe you’ve done so many things that have helped, but you’re still not able to see the bigger picture.
Here’s the thing: It is not that you just don’t get it. There’s no such thing as not being talented in learning a language.
It’s just that you haven’t found the right program that will sweep you off your feet and make you fall if love with English.
I know what it’s like.
I’m not a native speaker. I’m Israeli-born and Hebrew is my first language. When I moved to the U.S. at the age of 21, I had really good English but I still had an accent. At first, I didn’t want to be recognized as a foreigner. I changed my name to JULIA (sorry mom), and never mentioned my Israeli origin. But I still couldn’t avoid questions like: “Oh, where are you from?” or, my favorite: “I love your accent! It’s so exotic!” Really? Cause I don’t.
When I joined acting school, it was even worse. I couldn’t figure out the rhythm of the language which made me always sound so different than the others. I knew in my head how it should sound, I just wasn’t able to make it.
I kept thinking – if only I could say that in my first language, oh then I would show them how talented I am!
At some point, I realized that feeling sorry for myself is not going to advance me in any way. Also, I was lucky enough to come across the right coach who took me under her wing and guided me through my accent training. I still hear her voice in my head when I teach.
I felt the change immediately
When I started the training I was shocked how simple everything is when it’s broken down to small pieces. And when I knew how to listen to English and what to focus on. Something that was once overwhelming and vague became feasible and easy to practice. It took a few more months of practice, but suddenly, I stopped getting “where are you from” on the streets. Instead I got -“Oh you’re not American? Wow, I couldn’t have guessed.” Snap!
And of course, once I felt more confident about how I sounded, my English improved. I would give myself the permission to speak more, the words were more accessible and I’d be stuck a lot less.
I can’t tell you the sense of accomplishment I felt.
I realized that if I set my mind into something, I could do anything.
I’m not saying all that to brag. I’m telling you all this because:
- I know what it’s like. I’ve been there. I understand exactly where you’re at and what you’re going through.
- I can show you exactly what it takes to get to the other side.
I’ve done it. I’ve trained others to do it and I know with every part of my body and heart that if you want this bad enough, you can do it, too.
Here are a few of the results you can expect from
the Accent Makeover online program:
- You will be able to make the most difficult English sounds and transitions for you.
- You’ll start hearing the language differently and notice all those things that have escaped your ear until today (and once you start noticing it, you are able to make it)
- You’ll start using the intonation rhythm and stress patterns in American English and have influence when you speak.
- You’ll have a precise and convenient daily practice routine that will help you assimilate everything you learn.
- You’ll know how to leverage any speaking opportunity to practice and improve.
- You’ll feel confident and fluent in English.
- Reduce the number of moments where you get stuck while speaking.
As you know, there are no magic solutions. After 6 weeks you will not lose your accent completely. But you’ll see tons of progress and get rapid improvement during and after the course.

but don’t just take my word for it.
Here’s what some of my students say about me:
Hadar is much more than a dialect coach. She will make you fall in love with English, and help you find the best and most unique way to express yourself.
I think you are BRILLIANT! You are so knowledgeable and obviously experienced as a teacher, and your class is so freaking beyond anything I’ve seen. I have enjoyed quite a bit seeing you explain sounds, where they come from and the similarities or differences between a specific sound you teach and its equivalent in other languages, and BANG!!! you nail it from every single angle!!! Every single time!!! There is no freaking way a person could not understand what the sound is or how to imitate it. And then you are so charismatic, so humble, so easy to watch/listen to… I wish you were my EN as a 2nd language teacher back when I was 17…
the class has served us as the perfect excuse to move a step forward in many positive directions, specifically regarding Chloe’s personal growth – so it isn’t always about “gaining confidence and clarity in English” ;P
Hadar’s online course is a joy and it was absolutely priceless!. Hadar’s teaching approach is effective because she’s able to detect your struggles and teach you how to fix them, in a way that it’s easy to comprehend and stick with. She’s accessible and caters to the needs of every student no matter what their levels are. I truly appreciate her kindness, hard work, professionalism and positive disposition. If you’re committed to improve, Hadar will be truly committed to your improvement.
Miriam Pinedo, Actress
I took Hadar’s accent improvement course, and I felt an immediate and long lasting effect on my English pronunciation and ability to communicate with my American colleagues in an easy and flowing manner. On top of that, the course was a great fun. Hadar is a great instructor, who manages to present a complex issue of American pronunciation in an easy to digest form, and is a persistent instructor, who does not relent until every last one of the students is fully in control of the topic being learned. I can’t recommend Hadar’s course highly enough for everyone in daily communication with people from the US.
Even years after our practice sessions with Hadar are over, I can still say they were easily one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. I’m always aware of the little speech nuances now, noticing and practicing them like Hadar has taught me – I still keep improving! I used to feel very self-conscious about my dialect before. Even though it still isn’t perfect, the most important outcome is that I feel completely confident speaking English now.
The Accent’s Way Makeover course has been around…
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE WHAT AND HOW:
- The course is 8 weeks long and and will begin on Tuesday June 13th, 2017.
- Every week a series of elaborate video lessons will be uploaded in which I’ll teach you all the relevant topics of that week. You’ll be able to learn and practice along with the video at your own time and pace.
- You’ll also receive practice exercises and additional resources that support the topics that were covered in the lessons and that’ll help you assimilate the new materials.
- Every week, you’ll be asked to send me a RECORDING of yourself reading a few sample sentences, and performing different tasks (introducing yourself, telling a story, etc), which I will listen to and give you specific feedback and provide you with additional guideline on how to continue practicing and improving.
- We’ll work with TED talks, movie scenes, listening and speaking exercises and speech and pronunciation drills. We’ll also have a private FB group where you’d be able to share and learn from me and other participants, and of course have direct access to me at any time.
- Once the course is over, you’ll have lifetime access to the members site, to which new materials and exercises are going to be uploaded monthly.
You’ll also be able to participate in live sessions of future Workshops.
YOU’VE GOT NOTHING TO LOSE (but your accent)
How does the workshop work?
The workshop has 8 modules and spans 10 weeks (beginning date June 13th, 2017 end date August 22nd, 2017.
Every Tuesday at 9 am EST a new module will open (except for weeks 5&10).
You’ll be able to watch the content at your own pace and time, so you’re not obligated to show up at a certain hour.
Every module has several lesson, and each lesson contains a video tutorial in which I explain the new sound/subject and afterwards we practice it together in words, phrases, sentences and texts as I walk you through the entire practice, pointing out what to look for, what pitfalls to avoid, where do people usually struggle and how to overcome it. In the videos I also guide and coach you so you’ll stay motivated and focused.
Once you’ve watched and practiced a new lesson, you’ll be asked to submit a recording of yourself reading a few sentences .I will listen to your practice and send you back a thorough analysis and feedback. I will let you know what you’re doing right, and what else you need to do in order to improve. My feedback is usually very specific and will prevent you from repeating old patterns in your practice and speech.
After the program is over you’ll have lifetime access to the membership site to which new content is added every month.

What makes this workshop so unique? Can’t I just learn from your videos?
Yes you absolutely can. But I believe that in order to gain real results you need three things: Practice, feedback and community. Once you understand a sound or a concept, it’s not enough. You have to practice it many times until you develop muscle memory so you won’t have to think about it when you speak. You want your tongue to remember. This is why you’ll find dozens of practice exercises for each lesson that’ll help you to truly comprehend each topic and assimilate it into your daily speech.
But what’s the point of practicing if you’re still repeating old patterns? What if you’re practicing something that is inaccurate, or maybe you feel that something is wrong but you’re not sure of what exactly you need to do? To resolve that I offer feedback. At the end of each module you’d be asked to send a recording of the sounds and subjects we discussed, and I will personally send you recorded feedback telling you if you’re on the right track or what you need to do to further improve. And if you’re doing really well, I’ll challenge you with advanced practice or teach you new things.
Lastly, I believe that developing a community is essential to get you motivated and to inspired as you learn from each others’ experience and journey. During the workshop we’ll open a private FB group where we’ll interact, learn from each other, practice together, create group tasks, challenges and more. This group will remain open after the workshop ends. To join the workshop click here.
What if I join the workshop and discover it’s not for me?
If you’re anything like me, you probably don’t like committing to something you are not 100% sure of. This is why I offer you to join the workshop, and if you realize by the end of the first week that it’s not for you, all you’ll need to do is to send me an email, and you’ll receive a full refund no questions asked. So basically, you’ve got nothing to lose but you accent:)
What should I expect from this workshop?
During the workshop you’ll receive an immense amount of content and drills. Sometimes it takes time to digest everything in such a period. So while you’re expected to feel and hear an improvement during the workshop and definitely improve your perception and understanding of English, the real change begins after the workshop ends as things sink in and the work that you’d have done becomes spontaneous and free (meaning, you won’t have to think about where to place your tongue and how much you need to open your jaw – it’s just going to be there for you).
What am I supposed to do after the workshop is over?
While the program is 10 weeks long, it is NOT the length of the training.
Once the workshop is over you will have LIFETIME access to the members site to which new content is going to be added every month. Also, you’ll have future access to any new updates of the accent makeover workshop.
How much time should I invest in this workshop?
The video content of each module is between 60-90 minutes. You should take into consideration additional 1-2 hours of practice per week. Of course the more you practice the better it is, however, I understand that we all have busy schedules and sometimes it’s really hard to find the time to practice (no matter how passionate we are about it). So even if you invest 10-15 minutes of practice a day, you will hear and feel the change.
What if I don’t need all the sounds/ subjects that are covered in the workshop?
Some of the sounds I discuss in the workshop are not relevant for all speakers. If we’re practicing a sound that poses no challenge for you, you will receive feedback on other aspects in your pronunciation such as intonation, rhythm or stress and focus on other sounds that ARE relevant to you.
If there’s something that is not covered in the workshop but I feel it is essential for you to know, you’d receive additional practice and I’ll guide you on what you need to focus on.
I am technologically challenged.. Is is complicated?
No! All you need is just internet access and working speakers.
It’s going to be like watching a YouTube video.. And the practice is very interactive and convenient. Click on the button, listen to the audio;)
The part where you need to be more technologically active is the recording submission. Here you’ll need a recording app – with which you’ll record yourself and share with me via email, or you can send it directly via whatsapp.
What if I get really busy and I can submit my recordings one week?
Weeks 5 and week 10 are weeks in which no new modules are released. It’ll give you time to catch up with the materials, allow things to sink in and provide an opportunity to send me all the exercises you haven’t had time to send:)
